As requested, credit is being released for approved stream restoration and enhancement activities, as well as, wetland rehabilitation and creation activities that satisfy the initial release requirements pursuant to the Mitigation Banking Instrument (UMBI) entitled, "Agreement to Establish the Red Barn Mitigation Bank in the Yadkin River Basin (HUC 03040101), Surry County, North Carolina", approved December 18, 2019 and the final Red Barn Mitigation Plan dated November 2019. As it is laid out in the Credit Release Schedule, 30% of the mitigation site's total stream restoration and enhancement credits and 30% of the site's wetland rehabilitation and creation credits are to be released/have been released for sale at the current milestone being addressed. Credit amounts are based on the revised totals from the as -built survey and previous amount of credits released for the site. Credit amounts released at this time are to equal 1,199.25 Cool Stream Credits and 0.20 Riparian Riverine Forested Wetland Credits. Feel free to contact me with any questions.
