The entire year of 2020 there were no biosolids applied to land, it was all belt press
dewatered and taken to the Foothills Environment Landfill in Caldwell County. We are
nearing the completion of the the new belt press/gas dryer system for the facility and should
be up and running sometime this year.

Subject: Annual Residuals Report for CY 2020
To whom it may concern:
Enclosed is one (1) copy of the annual residuals report for CY 2020 for the City of Lenoir's Lower
Creek WWTP Residuals Facility; permit number WQ0010059. The report was filed electronically
as well.
The City of Lenoir has landfilled all of the dewatered residuals for the calendar year of 2020 to
Foothills Environmental Landfill in Caldwell County, NC. A total of 10,036,005 gallons of 1.75%
solids sludge were belt pressed resulting in 674 dry tons that were taken from the facility to the
landfill in 2020.
