Suilins Dee Freeman Governor Director Secretary November 30, 2011 Jan Chapman 2452 Birch Street Norfolk, VA 23513 Subject.• 401 Water Quality Certification Inspection 102 �eahorse Lane - Walnut Island Estates s/d DWQ Project # 2010-0264 Currituck �ound [ PA�54, 30-1, �C] Dear Mr. Chapman: On November 29, 2011, Anthony �carbraugh of the Division of Water Quality (DWQ) inspected the proposed replacement and repair of a bulkhead at the subject property located at 102 �eahorse Lane in Grandy, Currituck County. This project was inspected for compliance with the General Water Quality Certification (GC) # 3641 with Additional Conditions granted on May 28, 2010 for impacts associated with replacement and repair of bulkhead at the subject property. The GC approved impacts of 0.018 acres (768 square feet) of surface waters and 0.001 acres (68 square feet) of coastal wetlands to complete your project as described in your application received by DWQ on April 6, 2010. ihe inspection revealed that the project has been completed. Impacts did not exceed beyond the footprint of those approved. The inspection revealed that the inspected portion of this project is currently compliant with the GC #3641. As a reminder, if you change your project you must notify us and you may be required to send us a new application. If the property is sold, the new owner must be given a copy of the Certification and approval letter and is thereby responsible for complying with all conditions.
