Alan Johnson Please give a brief project description below. The project has two purposes: to improve/stabilize existing riprap and manage storm water drainage into Lake Norman. 1- Improve/ stabilize existing riprap. Riprap installed without screening or foundational material to anchor the shoreline. Total shoreline is approximately 125'. 2- Grade and install a functional / aesthetic swale through the buffer zone to allow for storm water drainage into Lake Norman. Currently, drainage from two separate properties is funneled into a grove of pine trees and, due to the inability of grass to grow under the trees, is eroding the soil in the grove and carrying the sediment into the lake. The swale would be constructed through the grove of trees and would terminate at the riprap to minimize erosion. Please give a couple of dates you are available for a meeting. 12/21 /2020 12/28/2020 1 /4/2021 1 /5/2021 Please attach the documentation you would like to have the meeting about.
