Pine Gate EPC, LLC is proposing the construction of a Solar
Photovoltaic (PV) Generation Facility on approArnately 1,180 acres in
Caswell County, NC. The site occupies eight parcels and is located
south of Old U.S. HWY 29, between Gwynns Chapel Road and Law
Road near the unincorporated community of Pelham. The site is
located within the Roanoke River Basin (03010104).
The proposed project anticipates two stream crossings resulting from
the construction of interior roads. It is assumed that these stream
crossings would qualify for authorization under Nationwide Permit #14
for Linear Transportation Projects and the corresponding WQGC
4135.
