I have some questions regarding the IP mod no 7 for I 85
1 Site 3 The Preformed scour hole (PSH) on the North side of I 85 has a berm ad�acent to
it PSH s are suppose to be flat on all 3 sides to allow for diffuse flow Will this be
allowable with the berm ad�acent to the PSH2
2 Site 6 What is the hydrology of the small wetland on the North side of I 852 Will the
hydrology be maintained and if not then this needs to be considered a total take
3 Site 7 Is rip rap necessary in the stream bed if so why2
4 Site 8 What is the type of linear being proposed on the daylighted stream2 The detail
does not specify
5 Site 8 What is the elevation change from the existing change to the daylighted
stream2 Is there bedrock2 I m concerned that removing the pipe will result in a
headcut if a log vein or rock vein isn t installed at or�ust upstream of the tie in
6 Wetland mitigation Wetland mitigation provided by EEP in the 2004 letter is for non
riverine wetlands Are the wetlands being impacted as part of I 2304AD non riverine2
7 Were all of the streams called perennial streams2
