The incident that occurred on November 24, 2020 was first noticed by site staff upon arrival and they immediately began to take the necessary steps to prevent the overflow. Steps were taken by placing bales of hay to divert any sewer overflow to any storm drains as well as any water way contamination until the repair could be completed. A licensed contractor was dispatched to the property in which the repair was completed by late afternoon. After the repair was completed the property staff took the additional steps to properly clean up any residue left behind from the sanitary sewer overflow by placing lime in the areas affected. Attached is the invoice indicating the work that was performed to correct the violation. We believe this will close out any concerns and will close out the violation noted.
