and 4 416 square feet of Zone 2 Neuse basm protected r�par�an buffer(permanent impacts)to complete the
construction of the prev�ously approved Ashton Hail Subdiv�sion On October 21 2011 DWQ recerved �nsufficient
addrt�onal mformation in response to a request for more mformation letter(dated September 23 2011) The DWQ
has determmed that your application and addrtional �nformat�on was �ncomplete and/or prov�ded maccurate
mformation as d�scussed below The DWQ w�ll requtre add�t�onal mformation m order to process your applicat�on
to impact protected streams and buffers on the sub�ect property Th�s pro�ect�s on hold and �ncomplete until we
