lan—on behalf of Piedmont Natural Gas I am requesting that you place this pro�ect on hold until we are through
addressing additional information items and pro�ect modifications requested by the Corps or affected property owners
Per our conversation earlier today I anticipate having everything ready to submit to the Corps by the first of the year
Incorporating the Corps suggestions have resulted in some minor modifications to portions of the route or method of
construction thus changing the proposed impact amounts slightly from those submitted in our original application You
wdl need this information in order to accurately complete the 401 process I will copy you with everything I provide to the
Corps so all the permitted impacts ultimately match
I wdl also send you a hard copy letter requestmg the hold so you officially have it for your files Thanks again for your
help on this important pro�ect �
