On November 14 2011 the Division of Water Qual�ty(DWQ)received your appl�cat�on dated November
14 2011 to�mpact 0 272 acres of isolated wetlands to construct the proposed Cypress Pomte Subdivision
The DWQ has determmed that your apphcation was �ncomplete and/or provided maccurate tnformation
as discussed below The DWQ will requ�re add�tional information m order to process your application to
impact protected wetlands and/or streams on the sub�ect properly Therefore unless we receive the
add�tional mformation requested below we will have to move toward denial of your applicat�on as
required by 15A NCAC 2H 0506 and wall place this pro�ect on hold as incomplete until we receive this
add�tional mformation Please provide the followmg mformation so that we may conhnue to review your
pro�ect

Under Section D 1 Avoidance and Mmimization of your application you did not provide a
�ustificat�on for the impacts as requested withm this section Impacts labeled Impact#2
Impact#3 and Impact#4 do not appear to be necessary for lots 16 17 and 18 to be useable lots
Utilrty easements for onsrte wastewater systems do not necess�tate the amount of fill proposed m
your application Please elirrimate or reduce these impacts or prov�de add�tional mformation as to
why they are necessary for this pro�ect
