Interceptor project by paying into the Neuse Riparian Buffer and Nutrient Bank (Poplar Creek Site).

This Bank has received full payment for buffer mitigation for the above referenced project. Riparian
buffer impacts occurred in the Neuse River Basin. The amount of buffer mitigation required is specified
and verified by DWR in project #20-0205 and is 28,622.00 ft2. The Poplar Creek site is providing
18,276.50 ft2 and the remaining credits are being purchased from another bank.

You must also comply with any other state, federal or local government permits, or authorization
associated with this activity including SL 2009-337, An Act to Promote Compensatory Mitigation
