This is the application fee for a water quality certificate application that was recently submitted
(NCDWQ# 07-0623), but included the wrong amount of fee. Attached is a check for $475 as
requested. Also, included are five copies of FHWA's approval of the CE document. The original
submittal included the document, but not the approval letter.

DWQ has placed this project on hold as incomplete until we receive this additional information or fee.
