During rainfall events the WWTP exceeds the design capacity due to inflow/infiltration. On typical days the WWTP will not have problems treating this wastewater. The town officials are aware of the requirements of 2H .0223. The NPDES Permit expires November 30, 1998, this office will encourage the Town of Alexander Mills to connect to the Town of Forest City wastewater collection and treatment system. The Town of Alexander Mills is located approximately 0.5 miles from a Town of Forest City pump station. This should make the int9rconnection possible during the next,NPDES Permitting cycle.
