Yes, we were able to connect the payment transfer to the perm�t appl�cat�on We recerved the
publ�c not�ce on September 19 wh�ch started our clock The pro�ect was placed on hold and a
letter was sent request�ng more �nformat�on on October 24 Unfortunately I cannot get access
z

to that document r�ght now, but I ll try to forward you a copy of that letrer when my computer
starts workmg properly�
