Boulevard pro�ect for Charlotte Mecklenburg Util�ties Following construction of the water main across the referenced swale an erosion blanket will be placed on the stream banks from the toe of the stream bank to the top of the bank Due to the shallow stream and wide channel no rip rap will be used in the stream restoration The maximum ailowable temporary construction disturbance will be 30 feet and the maximum allowable permanent impact will be 10 feet Restoration requirements will apply to the entire disturbance on the stream bank ' � Please find a check in the amount of$240 for the permit
