Since Durham is a delegated buffer program I think we should go ahead and approve this one Here is a suggested
condition
1 Diffuse flow plan The diffuse flow plan approved by the City of Durham consists of three level spreader
engmeered vegetated filter stnps and all associated stormwater conveyances as well as the gradmg and dramage
patterns depicted on plan sheets dated October 20 2011 No changes to the level spreader engmeered filter stnps
shall be made without wntten authonzation from the City of Durham The diffuse flow devices shall have
mamtenance access and at least a 10 foot dramage easement on each side to allow for the ability to mamtain the
structures and to perform corrective actions The stormwater easements shall be recorded to provide protecrion of
the structures from potential alterations by future property owners
