TO: NORTH YNTERAGENCY REVIEW TEAM
The undersigned, EBX Neuse I, LLC the Sponsor of the Neu-Con Wetland and Stream Urnbrella
Mitigation Baz�, hereby certi�`ies fihe faliowing:
1. Maxwell Foads, LLC has deposited monies with tl�e Sponsor sufficient to acquire
1.74 Non-Riparian Wetland Mitigation Credits (acres} from the Bank for use on
i#s Goldsboro Milling Company project (Corps Action ID# 2011-00846), in
Wayne County, in HUC 03020202 of the Neuse River Watershed.
2. The Goldsboro Milling Company project requires a total of 1.74 Nan-Riparian
Wetland Mitigation Credits as mitigation. Of this amount 1.74 Non-Riparian
Wetland Mitigation Credits are being provided by the Bank.
3. The Sponsor has deducted 1.74 Non-Rzparian Wetland Mitigation Credits fram
the Bank's credit ledger for HUC 03420202 of the Neuse River Watershed.
A copy of the Banlc's Credit ledger reflSCtin�the above transaction is attached to this Affidavit.
