I started working on the 401 this morning and realized that I don't have an updated PCN table of impacts based on the new location of the road. I'm sure it's because you wanted to be sure we were going to approve the minor variance to the stormwater permit. Can you send a letter and updated PCN table explaining the changes since the application was submitted this summer so I can issue the 401 accurately. Thanks. This table reflects the impacts associated with the addition of 25'of 60" CMP for a perpendicular road crossing at the location of an existing crossing (25 feet) and temporary impacts associated with the installation of the pipe in the dry (10 feet). The additional pipe is required to meet Ashe County Subdivision Standards. The revision is as a result of the site field visit in which it was determined that impacts to jurisdictional waters (Wetlands) could be avoided by revising the impact location. In addition to this letter I have attached a revised map that details the impact location. 1.
