Attached are responses to comments received in the Request for More Information letter dated September 19, 2011 for
the Southern Reinforcing Main - Phase II project in Durham. Three hard copies of the attachments have also been
mailed to Karen Higgins in the DWQ Central Office. As previously discussed, a field visit was conducted on Friday,
October 7th with Martin Richmond, however we have not received the formal buffer determination letter to date. As
discussed in the field, it was determined that all four (4) areas reviewed were not streams and non-buffered. Please let
us know if you have any questions or need any additional information. Thanks,
