The application states that 540 linear feet of a side channel to the Ararat River will be dewatered. It is underdetermined at this time if the channel will be filled and/or dewatered. Please clarify the type of impact, if any, that there will be to this channel, and provide a justification for the impacts. Thank you for your attention.
