On October 26, 2011, I inspected the construction work on TIP Project No. B-4034 on NC Highway 151 in
Buncombe Counry. ConsWction has been completed on the project and it appears to be in good shape.
Please ensure that all sediment and erosion control strucmres are maintained until grass is established on all
disturbed areas. Also, please refer to the attached inspection report for any specific items noted during the
inspection.
