I apologize - I didn't realize Lauren had already written the approval. Communication can be challenging at times with
her in the Regional Office and me in the Central Office.
Since it is already approved, it is optional as to whether you want to send me a copy of the signed 0&M. The only one I
can find in the file is unsigned.
