The proposed site is located on the east side of NCSR 1544/Falling Creek Road south of the
intersection of NCSR 1544/Falling Creek Road and NCSR 1536/Wheat Swamp Road in the
Institute Township, County of Lenoir, NC. The owner desires to develop a single family housing
subdivision. There is a feature shown on the Lenoir County Soil Survey that we would like a call
made.
