Yes, we were able to connect the payment transfer to the permit application. We received the
public notice on September 19 which started our clock. The project was placed on hold and a
letter was sent requesting more information on October 24. Unfortunately I cannot get access
to that document right-now, but I'll try, to forward you a copy of that letter when my computer
starts working properly!'

Yes, we did receive the application on August 15. We are working with our budget folks to get a
"proof of transfer" so I forwarded your email to the person that processes all of our applications.
