REMARKS:
1. Your project as proposed will impact greater than 0.10 acres and therefore does not
meet the conditions of the Nationwide 18 permit. The project plan submitted with
your application indicates the footprint of the structure will impact 6000 square
feet or -0.14 acres. Please provide information indicating how the project could be
reconfigured to avoid and minimize impacts to wetlands to meet the Nationwide 18
conditions.

2. Within the project narrative you indicate that the commercial structure will be
constructed on piles. The project narrative does not include the construction
methods. Please provide information indicating the methods to be used to construct
the structure and all temporary and permanent impacts to wetlands associated with
that development plan.
