This site plan was approved by DWQ Since then,the architectural plans have been modified,which required a modification to the site plan. Due to these site revisions we are seeking a buffer authorization modification. The new site plan reflects a parking area,driveway and retaining walls that have been moved slightly from the previously approved plan. The enclosed new plan shows the location of the previously approved retaining wall per the 3/31/11 plans and the new (revised) retaining wall dated 10/4/11. All other proposed site features are within the previously approved plan.
