The DWQ has determined that your application was incomplete and/or provided inaccurate information as discussed below. The DWQ will require additional information in order to process your application to impact streams on the subject property. This project is on hold and incomplete until we receive the additional information requested below. If we do not receive the requested information, your project will be formally returned as incomplete. Please provide the following information so that we may continue to review your project. Additional Information Requested: 1. Please provide an agent authorization letter for the application signature. 2. Is this wetland feature depicted on the Soil Survey of Wake County and/or the USGS (1:24000) topographic map. If not, please provide documentation locating the project boundaries on the most recent bound and published Wake County soil survey and most recent USGS (1:24000) topographic map. If so, was a buffer determination conducted by DWQ? Please locate the project boundaries on the most recent bound and published Wake County soil survey for the project. 3. Lots 70 and 71 on the Belmont Cluster Phase 2 maps do not match the Convington Meadows Impact Analysis map. Please provide overall site map with reference to Lots 70 and 71. 4. Please show 0.02 acre of drained wetland impact on maps. Please send 5 copies of the requested information to DWQ Central Office, Attn: Karen Higgins, 1650 Mail Service Center, Raleigh, NC 27699-1650. If we do not receive this requested information within 30 calendar days of the date of this letter, your project will be withdrawn and you will need to reapply with a new application and a new fee. This letter only addresses the application review and does not authorize any impacts to wetlands, waters or protected buffers. Please be aware that any impacts requested within your application are not authorized (at this time) by the DWQ.
