Hi Kim,
You are correct- DCM will distribute to our commenting agencies, including DWQ & the ACE... However, since this project
requires an IP from the Corps, they (or DWQ) may have additional requirements for their permit process... So hopefully
that doesn't leave you more confused! I tried to track Chad down to find out if they will need anything in addition to the
package we will send him, but he is out on sick leave at the moment.

Hi Heather
Since the Orton Plantation project needs both a CAMA Major Permit and an IP, there is some confusion about who will
distribute the application package to the DENR agencies (DWQ or DCM). It is my understanding that you distribute the
application (once considered complete) to multiple agencies within DENR, including DWQ. Is this correct? I just want to
make sure I provide DWQ with the correct number of copies of the application.
