The City of Raleigh kinda goofed and sent y'all the application for this project. (And it was assigned 20100012 ver.3). I had sat on planning meetings with them and told them to apply for this specific project to TPU. Even though it is loosely related to the Water Garden project, it is really a public transportation corridor and I told them to apply to me as a separate project for that reason. Apparently they completely forgot that part, and addressed it to the 401 unit. Bev gave me the file and I can review and issue this one (assuming they designed it in the way I told them to in that meeting---for all I know they could have forgotten to do that too!). If you have any questions/concerns/etc, let me know. It references DWQ 10-0012 V1 issued 4/7/10 & supplied copy of approval letter. Then on 9/20/11 we received Buffer Auth Request & it became V2 - that is currently in Annette's office. Now I've got this new PCN (NW14 & NBR) for road improvements with wetland, stream, open water & buffer impacts. Lauren, do you want me to make this a V3 or a stand alone for City of Raleigh, Marvino Lane Ext & Glenwood Ave Improvements?
