Install rock fore bay at the stormwater pond to prevent silt from spreading across the pond. 4. Continue to maintain all sediment and erosion control devices and seed, mulch and matt all disturbed areas when needed to protect State surface waters. Remember that cold weather is lastly approaching and that seeding and matting should be performed with that in mind. Upward Road R-4430 Inspection September 2011
