Additional comments:
].Reviewed project with DOT staff and Blythe Development personnel. Construction is underway all along the
project. Paving is taking place on new alignment west of Bat Fork Creek.
2. Clean out sediment below the outlet of the 48" RCP and refresh #57 stone.
3. Install rock fore bay at the stormwater pond to prevent silt from spreading across the pond.
4. Continue to maintain all sediment and erosion control devices and seed, mulch and matt all disturbed areas
when needed to protect State surface waters. Remember that cold weather is lastly approaching and that
seeding and matting should be performed with that in mind.
