Thanks for your help on this project.
I just got a call Tuesday informing me that Lennar has decided not to pursue this project and asked me to stop my work
on it.
Although Lennar is not pursuing this project, it is likely that another builder will. I just wanted to keep you guys up-to-
date and thank you for your help.

Attached please find a response letter from EEP for the In-Lieu Fee Mitigation Request for the above referenced project.
A hard copy of the attached letter will be mailed to the applicant. Once EEP receives the permits associated with the
project from the applicant/agent, we will generate an invoice. Please let me know if you have any questions.
This acceptance letter expires in six months. If an extension to this acceptance letter is needed, please let me know
prior to its expiration.
