Dear Karen:
We are in receipt of letter dated September 26, 2011 pertaining to our Buffer Impact
Request for the above subject subdivision. Presented below is our response your
request for additional information:
1. We will be forwarding to you an authorization letter from William Blount, Owner.
2. We have reviewed the buffer impacts set forth on Page 5 of 10 of the PCN Form
and they the form indicates two buffer impact areas B1 and B2. We had
forwarded to Neuse Buffer Impact Maps for these two impact areas. On the PCN
Form the impacts for 131 are 457 square feet in Zone 1 and 1095 square feet in
Zone 2. On the attached Buffer Impact Maps we indicate the same impacts. For
the impacts for B2 we are indicating 659 square feet in Zone 1 and 451 square
feet in Zone 2. On the Buffer Impact Maps we indicate the same impacts. We
have amended the Buffer Impacts Maps to more clearly indicate which map is for
the B1 impacts and which map is for the B2 impacts. I trust that this will clarify
any confusion that may exist. Also I have attached construction plan sheets for
the splitter box and level spreader associated with the B2 Impacts along with the
design calculations.
3. Attached is an e-mail from Annette Lucas clarifying that level spreader for the B1
Impact area serving the proposed water quality pond should be only 10 feet long.
