Applicant: Blue Treasure LLC. (Beaufort East Village Ph I)
Project Location: Carteret County, Lennoxville Rd., along Taylor's and Turners Creek, in the
Town of Beaufort.
Proposed Project: Proposes high ground development which consists of jurisdictional wetland
removal and fill, culvert replacement, retaining walls, and all required
infrastructure.
