Applied Resource Management, PC (my went) has indicated that certain permitting
departments have questioned whother or MidAtlanbc IRA, LLC is a North Carolina entity
or is domiciled in North Carolina. Please understand that Mk Agwft IRA? LLC is
merely the custodian br holding the self directed IRA of Dr. Cameron L. Smith, who is a
North Carolina resident, residing at 314 Kenilworth Rd., Greenville, NC 27858.
For tax purposes, Dr. Smith's individual retirement plan owns the properly known as
"Marsh Haven' development on Chadwick Acres Rd. in Snoods Ferry. MWAt)antic IRA,
LLC holds iogal title to that asset merely to act as custodian on Dr. Smith's behalf and to
administer the self directed IRA Dr. Smith is the beneficial owner and has all authority
with respect to the property.
