At the pre-dev rate of 53.64 lb./yr., 30% equals 16.10 lb/yr. This equates to an impervious acreage of 0.76 ac.
The two inlets you wanted to c.7nsidler using fferra,? capture a c.)mb;ned total of only 0.17 acres. Thee
ct mbined impervious area is 0.10 ?-nd combined pel v. area of 0.07 a,. Treatment of ?lis area yields a :eduction
of only 2.20 lb yr., bringing the required 30% rate of 16.10 lb/yr down to 13.901b/yr. Not quite the treatment
we need. As a sidenote, I noticed there is some area that was delineated and orginally draining from the
driveway and grass slope falling towards the road and sidewalk to the flow line in the curb at the street. In the
previous storm design there were inlets receiving this flow and going to the culvert down the road. Now, it
seems that it is just catching in the curbline and staying in the roadway drainage. I'm going to look and see if
that area can be trimmed out from being considered in these calculations.
