Dear Ms. Higgins,
We received your request for an additional check in the amount of $330. We had previously submitted an
incorrect permit fee of $240, when in fact the correct fee is $570. Please find enclosed the original check
for $240 along with an additional check for $330.
Ron Johnson was the original point of contact from our office for this application, however he is currently
