Dear Mr. Ionnane:
On September 26,2011,the Division of Water Quality(DWQ)received your application dated
September 22,2011,to fill or otherwise impact 0.01 acres of 404/wetland and 89 linear feet of
intermittent stream,to construct the proposed residential development at the site. The DWQ has
determined that your application was incomplete and/or provided inaccurate information as discussed
below. The DWQ will require additional information in order to process your application to impact
protected wetlands and/or streams on the subject property. Therefore,unless we receive five copies of the
additional information requested below, we will place this project on hold as incomplete until we receive
this additional information. If we do not receive the requested information,your project will be formally
returned as incomplete. Please provide the following information so that we may continue to review your
project.
Additional Information Requested:
1. To date the DWQ has permitted two residential development projects for you,Bella Casa
Subdivision on October 31,2005 (Nationwide Permits 18 and 39),and The Traditions At Bella
Casa issued on August 19,2011 (Nationwide Permit 29). Your current application is for The
Manors At Bella Casa(Nationwide Permits 12 and 14). Your Pre-Construction Notification
(PCN)application states that your current project has no history,yet with the phasing of this
project, it appears it clearly does have shared history. Please provide documentation from the
USACE indicating they intend to process this project as a single and complete project.
2. Please provide a map clearly depicting the entire"Bella Casa"property, with all relevant
information(clearly depicting roads with logical termini), including all current and future phases
and all past, current and future phase names.
Please submit this information within 30 calendar days of the date of this letter. If we do not receive this
requested information within 30 calendar days of the date of this letter, your project will be returned and
you will need to reapply with a new application and a new fee.
