The attached project (I only scanned page 1) was incorrectly sent to the USACE office. John Thomas is going to forward
the 4 extra copies to our CO for you. The applicant thought he attached a check but we seem to not be able to locate it,
so I've left him a voice mail and will follow up with an email to send a check to your attention to match up with these 4
copies. This was an NOV so they are required to get written approval from us.
