I am in receipt of a letter from Danny Smith dated September 26, 2011 regarding the above subject project. I do not
totally understand the third comment/request for additional information. I am only sending the flow from the first inch
of run-off from the pond to the level spreader with the remainder being bypass through the buffer. Please give me call
