On September 27, 2011, I inspected the bridge construction work on NCSR 1134 (Joyce Kilmer Road) in
Graham County. The project has been completed and the area appears to be stable with a good stand of grass
on the embankments. Please refer to the attached copy of the inspection report for any additional comments
regarding the inspection.

Project has been completed. There is a good stand of grass on both sides of the river.
The area where the old bridge was removed appears to be in good shape.
