Regarding site 3, the rip rap will need to be embedded to allow for aquatic passage, i.e. during low flow water shall
flow over (not under) the rip rap. Please make sure this is clear on [he plan sheet.
Regarding question number 6, during the modification the AC section, nearly all of [he on-site wetland mitigation
was used. Below is a table from the fourth modification. There were only 0.16 acres of riverine mitigation
remaining. Please provide specifics for the wetland mitigation (riverine/non-riverine) and where the credits are
coming from (EEP/on-site). If there are not enough riverine credits remaining on-site, then additional riverine
credits will need to be purchased.
