I looked at the PCN closely & made it a V2 because the lat/long figures were so close. I just assumed it was all under the
zoo umbrella.
V1 = 35.6286 79.7654
V2 = 35.6299 79.7614
I can set up another stand alone project - but the $570 fee has already be applied to the V2 & cannot be changed or
transferred to any other BIMS #.

Laurie,
I just noticed that this project, Polar Bear Exhibit Exp. Was put in BIMS as a v.2 of another zoo project. The 2 actually
have NOTHING to do with each other except that they both happen to be at the Zoo. I don't know if you want to change
how it is in BIMS or not, knowing they are unrelated in anyway. Just thought I'd let you know.
