The undersigned, EarthMark North Carolina, 1! L;C, the Sponsor of the Cape Fear Riparian Buffer
and Nutrient Umbrella Bank (the "Bank"), hereby certifies the following:
American Real Estate Partners for Keystone Office Parking Lot Renovation
has deposited monies with the Sponsor sufficient to acquire 150.09 lbs of
Nitrogen bank credits from the Carl Lloyd Nutrient Bank Site for use on its
project Keystone Office Parking Lot Renovations within the City of Durham
Project No D1100075.
2. The Keystone Office Parking Lot project requires a total of 150.09 Nitrogen
mitigation lbs/Credits Cape 1E±ear River Basin Huc 03030002060070 as part of its
mitigation. Of this arnauik';l .'10 "itrogen Credits are being provided by the
Carl Lloyd Nutrient Bank Sites.
3. The Sponsor has deducted 150.09 Nitrogen Mitigation Lbs/Credits from the
Bank's credit ledger from the Carl Lloyd Nutrient Bank Site
A copy of the Carl Lloyd Nutrient Mitigation Site credit ledger reflecting the above transaction is
attached to this Affidavit.
