Dear Mr. Spruill:
The Washington Regional Office received your application for a CAMA Major Permit from the Division of Coastal Management on
April 15, 2009. Request for additional information letters were issued from this Office on May 19, 2009, June 30, 2009, and July 9,
2009. This application was revised on October 29, 2009 after acceptable plans were submitted to this Office. A request for permit
modification was received in this Office on September 9, 2011. The proposed project is for + 223 feet of bulkhead, riprap shoreline
stabilization, riprap breakwater, expansion of existing dock platform with a total of 6 slips as described in your original application.
The request for permit modification request a total of 1,571 square feet of shading impacts, an additional boat slip, construction of
boat house, and personal watercraft dual launch as described in your modification request. You are authorized to proceed with your
project and modifications as proposed under General Water Quality Certification (WQC) # 3641 (enclosed). This Certification
allows you to use the CAMA Major Permit when the Division of Coastal Management issues it. Written concurrence from the
Division of Water Quality (DWQ) is not required provided that you can meet all of the conditions of the General Water Quality
Certification.
If at anytime during construction of your project you determine that you cannot meet these conditions or if there are any additional
impacts to wetlands or water quality not described in your application, you must contact this office immediately. If you have any
