I've reviewed your application dated received 7/25/11 and additional information received by e-mail on 9/20/11
requesting a Corps NW 23 permit and Water Quality Certification for the replacement of Bridge Number 47 on
Mimosa Blvd. in Pine Knoll Shores, Carteret County. (DWQ project # 11-0690). Water Quality Certification
Number 3701 (attached) corresponds to the Corps NW 23 permit and is issued for this project. Written approval
is not required for use of this certification provided all the conditions in the certification can be met. If any of
the conditions cannot be met, written approval may be required. Please let me know if you have any questions.
