This project (11-0762) was sent in from the Navy to do some work at their Dare County Bombing Range. They had
submitted an electronic payment in July. I see in BIMS that the project was sent to the RO and I did not see en event
that it was put on hold for missing payment, so can I assume their payment was linked to their application? Also, do I
need to follow up with Budget to make sure the payment was deposited into the correct account?

I just spoke with Theresa, she indicated that they should be in the system under North Carolina
Department of Environment and Natural Resources (NCDENR). She does not know the Cage
Code or Tax Id No. but provided a DUNS number 809785280.
