NW3 & NW12 submitted by Adams-Heath Engineering Inc for City of Mount Airy. Only 1 copy - saying it's a Courtesy.
He shows 85 If of permanent stream impact - so in reading the GC's - it says Impacts equal or greater than 40 If of
additional permanent stream impact (NW3) & Permanent impacts to any wetland and/or waters including streams,
under this GC requires application to, & approval from the DWQ (NW12) ($$ too).
Am I reading the GC's correctly?
