REQUEST FOR MORE INFORMATION
Dear Mr. Brower:
On May 25, 2004, the Division of Water Quality (DWQ) received your Cumulative Impact Analysis and Draft
Wetland and Stream Mitigation Plan. On July 20, 2004, the DWQ received a copy of the U.S. Army Corps of
Engineers (USACE) Public Notice for this project dated July 15, 2004. The DWQ will require additional
information in order to process your application to impact protected wetland, streams and waters. Therefore,
until we receive the additional information requested below, we will not be able to complete our review of your
application as required by 15A NCAC 2H .0507. As such the DWQ will place this project on hold as
incomplete until we receive this additional information.
Additional Information:
o Public Notice - On July 20, 2004, the DWQ received a copy of the USACE Public Notice for this project
dated July 15, 2004. The DWQ cannot take final action on your Certification until after the written
comment period of the Public Notice ends. The written comment period is scheduled to end on August
10, 2004. As such, your project will be placed on hold until the written comment period ends.
