SUBJECT: Addendum for Temporary Stream Impacts and
Dewatering Devices
Division 2 respectfully request this addendum to Action ID SAW-201100603 RGP 31
and for NCDWQ Project Number 20110160. The original design was permitted for 17'-
3" x 11'-0" x 40' ASPPA. The Original permits allowed 44 Linear Feet of Permanent
Stream Impacts. NCDOT request the addition of 16 Linear Feet of Temporary Stream
Impacts, making a total of 60 Linear feet of Stream Impacts.This will allow for
Dewatering Devices and these devices will be used to Dewater the construction site and
will be placed at the existing Right of Way.
Your assistance is this matter is greatly appreciated.
