Laurie,
This guy has sent in a cover letter and some plans to modify a NW33 and request written authorization. This permit was
issued by the USACE a while back but still valid but they've discovered that they need written concurrence from us. He
has not included the PCN. He has emailed me a copy of the PCN from the original application, and only the location has
changed, so it has all the info I need on it to process the application BUT it's on the old form. Will you accept it if I say I
can complete my review sufficiently? Or do I need to tell him to copy all that info over onto the new form? I'll email you
the old PCN in a separate email. Thanks.
